The lawsuit, filed in a federal court located in Los Angeles, alleges a breach of Hunter Biden’s privacy in connection with purportedly pilfered data from his laptop.

In the lawsuit, Hunter Biden, aged 53, asserts that Giuliani, known for his role as a personal attorney to former President Donald Trump, and Costello bear responsibility for the erosion of his digital privacy. This legal action is not an isolated incident, as Hunter Biden had previously filed lawsuits against a former White House aide who had served under the Trump administration, as well as the US Internal Revenue Service.
